German companies are currently facing a multitude of challenges. In addition to war, inflation and the climate crisis, firms are increasingly having to deal with demographic developments and the related, growing shortage of skilled workers. This was achieved by MetallArt Treppen GmbH: In March, the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) awarded our company the title of Arbeitgeber der Zukunft 2023. The patron of the initiative is the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. In the multi-stage assessment process, the DIND examined, among other things, the status of digitalisation, sustainability, customer orientation, employee motivation as well as training and education opportunities. Especially young employees currently attach great importance to these points in their professional lives. MetallArt convinced with all criteria and successfully positioned itself as an ecological, social and digital employer.
