Newel staircase with balustrade stringers

Elegant newel staircase with parapet-high stringers

With its simple elegance, the dark newel staircase contrasts harmoniously with the stylish ambience.

Project description

Parapet-high outer stringer for stylish newel staircase

When redesigning their modern private home in Ditzingen, the building clients particularly emphasised a classy ambience. The sculptural newel staircase in dark grey forms a harmonious contrast to the light wooden floor. As a special design element, the parapet-high outer stringers show off this newel staircase to its best advantage.

Design with a low space requirement

The expressive staircase consisting of folded steps combines the sculptural design of the balustrade stringers with the advantages of a newel staircase. Not only does a newel stair require less space, its flexibility allows it to be installed anywhere in the room. The parapet-high stringers also give the newel staircase a sculptural character.
