Unique look for stringer stairs with steel balustrade

For the new private villa on a hillside, the clients attached great importance to a spacious spa area, a smokers’ lounge and a green living room. The interior of the upscale residential property was realised in an elegant dark brown colour design with high-quality materials and surfaces. With large window fronts and an appealing lighting concept, a unique living environment was created. MetallArt’s planning and execution of the sculptural stringer stairs with steel balustrade resulted in a convincing staircase installation that blends consequently into the exclusive overall concept of the private residence.

Between the ground and the upper floor, the stringer stairs with steel balustrade as a central connecting element blend into the stylish living ambience. With one and a half even turns, the rounded stair construction leads upwards and ends with a straight bridge upstairs. The step construction is designed as a closed and folded structure. The sculptural character of the stringer stairs with steel balustrade is emphasised by the smooth-faced soffit cladding, which was welded exactly between the stringers to match the flight of stairs. This design element, together with the entire stringer stairs with steel balustrade, was finished with a liquid metal coating applied on site, resulting in a completely seamless and homogeneous surface look.
